A note from the founder
We started this because reviews felt rushed.
I left a big outlet in 2019 tired of scoring games after eight hours with them. So we rented a bright corner loft on Niagara Street, hauled in a wall of pothos and ferns, and made one rule: nothing gets a verdict until someone here has finished it. That patience is the whole brand.
Today the crew publishes four long reviews, a weekly guide, and a Friday indie spotlight — all from this room, all without a scoreboard chasing us. Thanks for reading, and for keeping slow gaming journalism alive.
